Cancellation Policy
Just 10% online to secure your week — the rest is paid in cash on arrival. If life gets in the way, our refund tiers below kick in.
Your worst case is the 10% deposit
You only pay a 10% deposit online to confirm your booking. The remaining 90% is paid in cash (EUR or MAD) when you arrive at the camp — so the absolute most you can lose if your plans change is the deposit itself. The cash balance is never charged for cancellations or no-shows.
24-hour cooling-off
Booked at least 7 days before your stay? Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a 100% refund of your deposit — no questions asked.
Refund tiers
After the 24-hour cooling-off window, refunds depend on how far in advance of your stay you cancel.
60+ days before arrival
Full refund
Cancel more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date and we refund 100% of your 10% deposit.
30–59 days before arrival
50% refund
Cancel between 30 and 59 days before your arrival and we refund 50% of your deposit. The other half helps cover the slot we held for you.
Less than 30 days
No refund
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Your 10% deposit is forfeit; the 90% cash balance is never charged.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days. Bank processing times may add a few extra days. To cancel, just email contact@nomad.surf or message us on WhatsApp.
Changing your dates
Need to move your stay instead of cancelling? Most date changes are free. Here is how it works.
30+ days before arrival
Free reschedule
Move your stay to any future date within 12 months at no charge. Subject to availability. If your new dates fall in a higher season you pay the price difference; if they are cheaper we credit you the difference.
7–29 days before arrival
One free reschedule
One free date change is allowed during this window, subject to availability and any seasonal price difference. After that, a second reschedule is treated as a new booking under the standard cancellation tiers.
Less than 7 days
Treated as cancellation
Last-minute date changes follow the cancellation rules above — your 10% deposit is forfeit, and the new dates are booked as a fresh stay at the current price.
All reschedules are subject to availability. New dates must fall within 12 months of your original arrival date. To request a date change, email contact@nomad.surf or message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm within 24 hours.
