30+ Days Before Arrival
Full Refund
Cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date and receive a 100% refund of your deposit/payment.
7–29 Days Before Arrival
Partial Refund
Cancel between 7 and 29 days before your arrival and receive a 50% refund.
Less than 7 Days
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. This helps us cover reserved spots and preparations.
