Join Our Team

We work with one volunteer at a time. You'll be fully embedded in camp life — capturing what happens here, hosting the guests, and helping us share the Tamraght surf scene with the world.

The minimum stay is one month. Anything shorter and it starts to feel like a holiday — we'd rather you stay long enough to learn the spots, the rhythm of the house, and the guests who pass through. In exchange you get your room in our surf house, daily Moroccan meals, and unlimited use of our boards and wetsuits.

Before you head out, you'll spend two days with the next volunteer so they pick up your rhythm, meet the guests, and know exactly which tasks to continue. It's a real role with real responsibility — and a year-round window into the Tamraght surf scene from the inside.

Your daily rhythm:

• One Instagram Story every day — surf, food, guests, sunsets, whatever is happening that day.
• A Reel every 2–3 days, cut for Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Welcome every new guest the day they arrive — show them around, answer questions, make them feel at home.
• When a guest's stay ends, sit down for a short feedback interview and ask for an honest review.
