Welcome to Nomad Surf Camp! By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Nomad Surf Camp provides surf coaching, accommodation, and other related activities. Specific details about your booking will be outlined in your confirmation email.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed once we receive a 10% deposit via our online checkout.
  • The remaining 90% balance is paid in cash (EUR or MAD) when you arrive at the camp. We do not bill the cash balance to your card.
  • If you cancel or do not arrive, only the 10% deposit is at risk — the cash balance is never charged.
  • Refunds and date-change rules are set out in our Cancellation Policy, including a 24-hour cooling-off period for bookings made 7 or more days before the stay.
  • Date changes (rescheduling) are free 30 or more days before arrival, subject to availability and any seasonal price difference. New dates must fall within 12 months of your original arrival date.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for other guests, staff, and local communities is mandatory.
  • Damages caused by negligence or misconduct may result in charges.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage during your stay or activities. Guests participate in surf lessons and other activities at their own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and promotional materials is the property of Nomad Surf Camp. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email.
