Flights to Tamraght via Agadir: Winter 2026/27 Routes
In this article 7 sections

Flying to Tamraght is a two-stage journey: first you land at Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA), then you travel north by road to Tamraght. There is no airport in Tamraght, and the airport bus does not continue to the village.

That distinction matters when comparing winter 2026/27 flights. A cheap fare arriving late at night may be less useful than a slightly pricier daytime flight once you include luggage, surfboard fees and the final transfer. Compare the time and total cost of reaching Tamraght, not only the fare to Agadir.

The short version

  • For an easy arrival: choose a direct flight landing in the morning or early afternoon, then arrange the road journey to Tamraght.
  • For a tight budget: take the airport Aerobus to central Agadir, then make a separate connection north. This is easier in daylight and with light luggage.
  • For late flights, families or board bags: book a suitable vehicle in advance instead of improvising after landing.
  • Before paying: check the airline's live timetable and current sports-equipment rules. Announced routes and baggage policies can change.

New direct flights to Agadir for winter 2026/27

All the services below arrive at Agadir Al Massira Airport, not Tamraght. The announcements are useful starting points, but the booking system for your exact dates is the final check.

London Gatwick

Jet2's new Gatwick–Agadir route began on 22 October 2026. The airline announced two services a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, as part of its winter 2026/27 programme. Check the operating dates around your trip rather than assuming every winter week is identical. See the official Jet2 announcement.

Frankfurt

Discover Airlines announced Frankfurt–Agadir flights twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, from the end of October 2026 to the end of March 2027. The published pattern leaves Frankfurt in the morning and reaches Agadir around noon, which gives travellers useful daylight for the onward journey. Confirm the live schedule through the Discover Airlines announcement and booking system.

Bordeaux

EasyJet's Bordeaux–Agadir service started on 25 October 2026, with Wednesday and Sunday flights announced by Bordeaux Airport. The published programme includes both morning and evening arrival patterns, so check the time attached to your date. A morning arrival and an evening arrival create very different transfer plans. Read the Bordeaux Airport route notice.

Cologne/Bonn

Ryanair added Cologne/Bonn–Agadir to the winter timetable from 26 October 2026. Cologne Bonn Airport lists Monday and Friday services and describes the connection as becoming year-round. Flights can still be rescheduled, so verify your dates through the airport's official announcement and the airline.

Milan, Nuremberg, Bratislava and Gdańsk

Ryanair's Morocco winter announcement also lists new Agadir routes from Milan Malpensa, Nuremberg, Bratislava and Gdańsk. The release does not give a complete timetable for every route, so treat it as a shortlist and search both directions for your actual week. See the official Ryanair winter announcement.

How to get from Agadir Airport to Tamraght

Agadir Airport lies southeast of the city, while Tamraght is on the coast to the north. A direct road transfer commonly takes about 45 to 60 minutes in ordinary conditions, but traffic, airport queues and the exact accommodation can change the total.

Pre-arranged transfer or airport taxi

A direct vehicle is the simplest option after an evening arrival, with children, or with several bags. Send the driver your flight number and accommodation map pin. If you are bringing boards, give the number of bags and their approximate lengths before booking; a vehicle that fits four suitcases may not fit a longboard.

Nomad's current surf packages include a return taxi transfer from Agadir Airport when arranged with the camp. Check the exact inclusion for your chosen package and send correct flight details before departure.

Aerobus plus a second connection

The Aerobus is the budget option, but it is not a direct airport-to-Tamraght bus. It runs between Agadir Airport and Vallée des Oiseaux in central Agadir. ALSA currently publishes a journey of about 50 minutes, a 50 MAD single fare and an 80 MAD return ticket valid for 15 days.

From central Agadir, you still need another bus, taxi or transfer north to Tamraght. Timetables and stops can change, so check locally and avoid building a tight connection around an old schedule. The two-stage public-transport option is most practical in daylight, with manageable luggage and time to wait.

Why the cheapest flight may not be the cheapest journey

A lower fare can lose its advantage when it arrives late, excludes ordinary cabin baggage or adds a large sports-equipment fee. Compare the whole journey:

  • fare and ordinary luggage;
  • surfboard fee, weight and length limits;
  • travel to your departure airport;
  • local arrival time in Agadir;
  • the final journey to Tamraght;
  • the cost and flexibility of changing plans after a delay.

A late direct flight plus a pre-arranged shared vehicle can still be excellent value. For a solo traveller trying to use public transport, a daytime arrival may be worth paying more for.

What to check before booking

  • Exact operating dates: a winter announcement does not guarantee a flight during your chosen week.
  • Airport name: London and Milan have several airports, so compare the actual terminals and ground journeys.
  • Arrival time: use local Moroccan time when planning the transfer.
  • Board policy: verify the charge in both directions, size limits and whether equipment must be reserved.
  • Transfer capacity: disclose boards, large luggage and child-seat requirements in advance.
  • Final recheck: confirm the flight and onward transport shortly before departure.

If you want accommodation, surfing and the airport transfer considered together, compare Nomad's current packages after finding a flight that suits your dates.

Which arrival plan suits you?

Choose a daytime arrival if it is your first visit, you are travelling alone or you want the widest choice of onward transport.

Choose a late direct flight with a booked transfer when the total price still beats a connecting itinerary. This often works well for couples, families or friends sharing the vehicle.

Use the Aerobus and a second connection when you arrive with time, carry manageable luggage and value saving money over saving time. It is possible, but it is not one seamless airport bus.

Frequently asked questions

Can I fly directly to Tamraght?

No. Fly to Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA), then continue by road to Tamraght.

Is there a direct public bus from Agadir Airport to Tamraght?

No. The Aerobus terminates at Vallée des Oiseaux in central Agadir. Continuing to Tamraght requires another connection.

How long does Agadir Airport to Tamraght take?

Allow roughly 45 to 60 minutes for a direct road journey in ordinary conditions, plus immigration and baggage time. Public transport takes longer because it requires a change in Agadir.

What should I arrange for a late arrival?

Book a direct vehicle and provide the flight number, passenger count, accommodation map pin and board-bag dimensions. Also confirm how you will access the accommodation after hours.
